Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using a UK Mail Signed and Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow your the progress of your order (see Tracking My Order) .
All orders have a unique consignment, which will be sent to you with your dispatch confirmation e-mail. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order using the UK Mail ‘Manage my delivery’ service.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from UK Mail, as well as Altwood Skin Care Centre. On the day of delivery, if you provided a mobile number at checkout, you will also receive an estimated one hour delivery time slot.
Where can I find my Consignment Number?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your consignment number and link to track the live status of your parcel. Please be aware that it can take a few hours for the tracking link to become active.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order when you expected to there are a few steps you can take to try and find out where it is:
- Firstly, use the ‘Manage my delivery’ service to see the status of your order
- If you live or work in a communal building, check to see if your parcel has been delivered to the reception or office.
- If you were out when the item was due to be delivered check to see if the delivery driver has left you a card or left the item with a neighbour.

If you have tried the above and are still unable to locate your parcel then please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot make a claim for a lost or incorrectly delivered item until 15 working days have elapsed from the postage date. In the rare case a parcel does not arrive in the delivery period expected we will not be able to re-dispatch or refund an order until the 15 day period has passed.
